My Holiday...

This holiday I went to South Europe with my family from 24^th September to 4^th October. The route was started from Milan– Nice– Monte Carlo– Cannes– Avignon– Lourdes– Andorra – and was ended in Barcelona, Spain. I had to absent from school for 2 days because the holiday was on the 27^th September, in the other hand the tour was started on 24^th September. The flight took about 13 hours by Singapore Airlines. The tour was really nice and enjoyable; the tour leader was also really crazy because he is still young and always has “crunchy” jokes that made us laughed every single day.

The view in that entire place was really interesting and each city has its own characteristics which is different from each other. I was so excited to go to another city although it needed a whole day to enter new city or country. For me, the most adorable view in the route was Monte Carlo which is in the small country called Monaco. When entered the city, I could saw a very astonishing city from the top of the mountain to the edge of the beach. Actually, it was also rather scary because the way was really steep and small for the bus, so if the bus driver does just a little mistake, the bus can easily fall to ravine. I also could saw the track of the Formula 1 Race in Monte Carlo which is actually just an ordinary small way in the center of the city.

At Cannes, I could saw the beach where Mr. Bean took some scene (in “Mr. Bean’s Holiday” he wants to go to Cannes). That looked not as great as in the movie actually.

Unfortunately, when I arrived at Lourdes (small village where Virgin Maria showed herself to a small poor girl 150 years ago), I was sick and couldn’t went around the city and also took a cross way (“jalan salib”). I had to stay in the hotel for a whole day. That was really boring. But fortunately, I could recover quickly from my sickness and the next day I could do the tour again.

Barcelona was really nice, but a lot of pick pocket there because the law allow the people to steal money which is less than 300 Euro.

I just came back from Europe 2 days ago and now I’m really stress with all the test that I have to do because I was absent for 2 days. Maybe more than 4 test that I have to do. And also I still want to have some more holidays because I think it’s not enough. Maybe 4 days more… Agree??
